Presenting a unique opportunity for a Veterinary Dermatologist to work in a supportive and friendly dedicated Dermatology practice in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. The Dermatology Referral Service is a four vet 100% dermatology referral practice based in Glasgow servicing Scotland and Northern England. This busy, standalone Dermatology clinic operates in a dedicated practice setting in Glasgow and is supported by an excellent team of trained RVNs and support staff. The practice is owned by IVC Evidensia, but local operation is autonomous. We offer Storz video-otoscopy, Intradermal skin testing and an Aesculight Co2 laser. The practice has close links with Glasgow University and we teach the Dermatology course content to the University of Glasgow veterinary students. The Service is active in resident training for the ECVD Diploma and consequently involved in regular Journal Club and clinical research The applicant would be expected to be ECVD or ACVD board certified (or equivalent) or be board eligible. Eligibility for RCVS membership is also required. Certificate holders may also be considered. Salary would be commensurate with experience. This is a wonderful part of the world close to one of the most beautiful parts of the UK with excellent transport links and great access to mountains, lochs and the ocean.
