Lighthouse Veterinary Allergy & Dermatology is growing intentionally – not simply adding positions – but investing in the future of our practice and our profession. We’re seeking two board-certified (or residency-trained) veterinary dermatologists who want to help shape that future alongside us.

Our hospital is fully equipped with the technology and instrumentation needed to practice comprehensive veterinary dermatology, including videotoscopy, therapeutic and surgical laser units, liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, advanced diagnostic equipment, and in-house custom allergen-specific immunotherapy production. We believe in providing our doctors with the tools they need to practice at the highest level.

Our flagship hospital is located in Spring Hill, Tennessee, one of the nation’s fastest-growing communities and a highly desirable suburb of Nashville, just south of Franklin. Compensation Options
We offer flexible compensation models to support different professional goals and practice styles:
Option 1: Guaranteed Base + Production
- $175,000 guaranteed base salary
- 25% production bonus
- 4 weeks paid time off
Option 2: Production-Only Model
- 35% production
- Autonomy to design and structure your own schedule
No negative accrual under either compensation model.
Additional Financial Incentives
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
